On 4 May 2018, the Administrative Tribunal registered appeal No. 590/2018 – Edo KORLJAN v. Secretary General. The appellant seeks the annulment of the decision of the Deputy Secretary General to return him to the grade A3 he was occupying before his promotion to grade A4.
