Book Launch on the Duty of Care

A book of Andrea Guttry, Micaela Frulli, Edoardo Greppi and Chiara Macchi has just been published, as part of a study on the duty of diligence of international organizations towards their civilian staff: The Duty of Care of International Organizations Towards Their Civilian Personnel. Legal Obligations and Implementation Challenges (Springer, T.M.C ASSER Press, 2018).

This book is the first comprehensive publication to address the Duty of Care of International Organizations towards the civilian personnel they deploy to short-term and long-term assignments outside of the headquarters or of their normal place of activity.

The Registry of the Administrative Tribunal contributed to the production of this book by providing case-law information, official texts of the Organization and information on how the Council of Europe deals with this issue.
