Gordana has been Head of the European Youth Foundation since 2022. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the European Youth Centre in Budapest between 2017-2022 and also worked for the Children's Rights Division of the Council of Europe, the Advisory Council on Youth and the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe with global education and global youth work. 
As one of the coordinators of the Quality Label for Youth Centre project, she is responsible for planning and implementing the annual Quality Label programme and she regularly attends site visits, award ceremonies and other activities related to the project.
