The Youth Policy Division's main responsibilities are the statutory committees of the co-managed system, youth policy development (including through governmental co-operation and support for States Parties), and the Partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth.

Clementina is responsible for the overall management of the Youth Policy Division and also secretary to the Joint Council on Youth (CMJ)

Natalja is secretary to the CPJ, and Secretary to the Partial Agreement on Youth mobility through the Youth Card.

Sylvia is the secretary to the European Steering Committee for Youth (CDEJ) and co-secretary to the Joint Council on Youth (CMJ).

Policy adviser, Secretary to the CCJ
Marius contributes to the preparation and implementation of youth policy asistance measures to Members States, he is also responsible for youth work policy issues.

Sylvie is personal assistant to Tobias Flessenkemper, Head of the Youth Department. She also works with Marius for the Advisory Council on Youth and is responsible for logistical and practical issues.

Giovanna Montagna
Assistant to the CDEJ, the CMJ and the Partial Agreement
Giovanna works with both Clementina and Sylvia for the Joint Council on Youth and with Sylvia for the European Steering Committee for Youth, and with Natalja for the Partial agreement on Youth mobility though the Youth Card. She is responsible for logistical and practical issues.

Keltoum Belaïd
Assistant to the statutory bodies and the Youth Perspective
Keltoum provides secretarial support for activities aimed at implementing a youth perspective, as well as for the functioning of the statutory bodies, meetings and activities of the CDEJ/CCJ/CMJ, in close coordination with Sylvie and Giovanna.
Ismail Rabie
Assistant to the to the youth statutory bodies, namely the CPJ
Ismail works with Natalja and provides secretarial support for the functioning of the statutory bodies, namely the Programming Committee on Youth.
