National training courses in human rights education
The National and Regional Training Courses in Human Rights Education (NRTC’s) provide the opportunity to train youth leaders, youth workers as also educators in schools and other public bodies in using Compass and its methodological approach. Participants are also introduced to the work on the Council of Europe Charter on Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education. The training courses, unlike EYF projects, can be organised by (semi) governmental organisation such as youth centres, human rights monitoring bodies and those involved with education.
Selected applications can receive three lines of support:
- Educational advice typically through a contracted trainer or direct involvement of an Educational advisor
- Financial support up to 7000 euro
- Institutional support.
