128 refers to the combined number of training days of 26 Compass training courses on human rights education held from 2017 to 2018.
Co-organisers and trainers involved in the courses met in Strasbourg on 16 and 17 December to review the results of the courses and proposing measures to improve their quality, sustainability outreach.
The evaluation presented during the meeting was very positive about the contribution of the Compass training courses for the implementation of the Council of Europe Charter on EDC/HRE. The Compass training courses are one of the pillars of the Human Rights Education Youth Programme.
