OPINION OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE ON THE PROCEDURE OF THE SELECTION OF JUDGES TO THE SUPREME COURT

An expert evaluation carried out by the Council of Europe project “Support to the implementation of the judicial reform in Ukraine” of the competition procedures to the new Supreme Court is now public “Opinion on the procedure for selection and appointment of judges to the Supreme Court in Ukraine with the focus on its compliance with the standards of the Council of Europe".
