CEDH - Arrêt récent : reconnaissance du lien de filiation

Pour la Cour européenne des droits de l‘homme, le refus de transcrire l’acte de naissance d’un enfant né à l’étranger d’une Gestation Pour Autrui (GPA) ne porte pas atteinte au respect de la vie privée pour autant que la procédure d’adoption permet de reconnaître un lien de filiation. Belarus : Egalité de genre et justice (en anglais uniquement)

The Project “Supporting the civil justice reforms – strengthening the judicial system (2019-2020)” prepared and printed the brochure “Gender equality and justice in the Republic of Belarus”, available in Russian only. The brochure analyses the situation with gender equality in the judiciary in Belarus and includes recommendations for improvement. In the summer 2020 this brochurewill be disseminated among judges and court staff of Belarus to raise their awareness on the subject. The findings of this publication will be considered while planning and organising project activities.

now available in Russian

The Project “Supporting the civil justice reforms – strengthening the judicial system in the Republic of Belarus (2019-2020)” sponsored the translation into Russian of the Council of Europe “Guidelines on Electronic Evidence in Civil and Administrative Proceedings", prepared by the European Committee on Legal Co-operation (CDCJ), and “Opinion No. 19 (2016) on the role of court presidents“ of the Consultative Council of European Judges (CCJE). These publications will be disseminated among judges and court staff of Belarus. They can respectively be found on the CDCJ and CCJE websites.
