QUESTION: When the tenderer is a legal person, is it possible to submit CVs of more than one expert under each lot or should CV and Act of Engagement be provided for each expert?

ANSWER: If the Tenderer is applying as a legal person, it is possible to submit multiple CVs of relevant experts under each lot. The buying entity will assess the CVs as a team. In this case, one single Act of Engagement signed in the name of the legal entity needs to be submitted. Should the tenderer be selected, the buyer entity might specify in the subsequent order form which expert/consultant it wishes to engage for a specific task. It is also possible for experts to apply individually (not as part of the legal person), in which case each expert will need to provide the entire documentation requested, including CV and Act of Engagement signed by the individual expert.
