The Youth Department of the Council of Europe is currently carrying out the Second Review of the Enter! Recommendation (CM/Rec(2015)3) on the access of young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods to social rights.

 As part of this process, organisations working with and for young people are invited to contribute to an anonymous online survey. The review focuses on three key priority areas:

• Access to housing
• Mental health, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic
• Youth participation in local decision-making

 Your input will help inform a comprehensive desk study and provide valuable insight into how civil society organisations support public authorities and improve young people’s access to social rights.

 The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
 It will remain open until 15 February (inclusive).
