Marcos has been the Deputy Director of EYCB since 2023. He worked at the North-South Centre and in the Roma and Travellers team of the Council of Europe for more than 20 years.

As the coordinators of the Quality Label for Youth Centre project, he is responsible for planning and implementing the annual Quality Label programme and he regularly attends site visits, award ceremonies and other activities related to the project.
