Aim
The main aim of this study session is to improve outreach towards young people with fewer opportunities through building capacities of youth workers and young people in outreach.
Objectives
The objectives are the following:
- Introduce young people to the Human Rights Declaration and the Council of Europe’s Enter Recommendation and its educational materials (Compass, Declaration of the 4th Human Rights Forum, T-Kit 8)
- Raise awareness about tangible and intangible barriers defining exclusion to create a framework for social inclusion through identifying one’s own and one’s local weaknesses and strengths in combating discrimination
- Explore opportunities for social inclusion to inspire participants and possible actions
- Create an Emergency peacebuilding kit to encourage the knowledge and skills they already have to do peacebuilding and social inclusion
- Design a dissemination strategy to apply the emergency peacebuilding kit in the local realities
The study session will bring together 25 participants from 11 European countries, active in youth work on a local, national and European level.
