Les organisations participantes à la plateforme collaborative COE-FRA-ENNHRI-EQUINET sur les droits sociaux et économiques* ont publié aujourd'hui une déclaration commune adressée aux représentants gouvernementaux participant à la conférence de haut niveau sur la Charte sociale européenne (4 juillet 2024, Vilnius, Lituanie) afin de réaffirmer leur engagement total en faveur de la protection et de la mise en œuvre des droits sociaux garantis par le système de la Charte sociale européenne, conformément à la Déclaration de Reykjavik adoptée par les chefs d'État et de gouvernement du Conseil de l'Europe en mai 2024.

The 25th anniversary of the entry into force of the Additional Protocol to the European Social Charter (ETS No. 158) was marked by an event, organised by the Council of Europe’s Department of Social Rights, attended by a wide range of leading stakeholders (governments, social partners, civil society, academia, and representatives of national and international bodies), who discussed the importance of the procedure for the effective protection of social rights in the Europe.
