Speaking in Strasbourg during a seminar on the European dimension of transfrontier co-operation, on 19 June,the Secretary General of the Congress, Ulrich Bohner, recalled the role performed for 60 years by the Council of Europe in this field, while advocating a boost to this co-operation.

Intervenant à Strasbourg dans le cadre d’un séminaire sur la dimension européenne de la coopération transfrontalière, le 19 juin, le Secrétaire Général du Congrès, Ulrich Bohner, a rappelé le rôle joué depuis 60 ans par le Conseil de l’Europe dans ce domaine, tout en plaidant pour un renforcement de cette coopération.
