The CLEP Project organized a corruption risk assessment training tailored to the needs of the staff of the Internal Protection and Anti-Corruption Service (IPAS) of the Ministry of Interior. The training focused on identification of corruption vulnerabilities and risk factors as well as on their evaluation. Specific features of the home affairs sector were presented and discussed to identify particular red flags and risks. Practical group exercises allowed for simulation of the use of the findings of a corruption risk assessment and consequent design of mitigation measures.
23 participants (17 men and 6 women) from IPAS, the National Anti-Corruption Centre and the Anti-Corruption Section of the General Police Inspectorate took part in the event.
