Différentes formations sont proposées aux animateurs, agents et formateurs travaillant avec les jeunes au niveau européen, ainsi qu'aux jeunes responsables politiques, chercheurs ou fonctionnaires. Conçus pour développer les aptitudes et les compétences des participants pour le travail européen de jeunesse, les formations proposées abordent un large éventail de sujets : le travail au sein des structures internationales de jeunesse, la coopération internationale de jeunesse, la formation des jeunes, la gestion des conflits, l'éducation aux droits de l'homme, la citoyenneté européenne, la participation des jeunes et la citoyenneté démocratique. Elles peuvent prendre la forme de séminaires de cinq à dix jours ou de stages de longue durée comprenant au moins deux séminaires et une période de mise en pratique.
