Back The CLEP-Moldova Project supports first anti-money laundering trainings for new reporting entities

The CLEP Project, in close collaboration with the Moldovan Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), implemented a training for luxury goods dealers ( 23 participants: 12 men and 11 women) and a training for real estate agents (24 participants, 15 men and 9 women) on theory and practice of anti-money laundering compliance. The training gave the audience an introduction to anti-money laundering topics, clarified concepts and explained the legal framework in the Republic of Moldova. The CoE expert moderated discussions on key compliance and reporting challenges and introduced case studies tailored for the audience.
