CDEJ Summer University 2011 - Belgium

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Venue
the Summer University will take place in the city of Antwerp in Belgium. The address and contact details of the venue will be communicated in due time.

Dates
The Summer University as such will start on Monday, 22 August (optional Information session day) and finish on Thursday, 25 August 2011. The participants are expected to arrive on the 22nd or on 21st (for those wishing to attend the information session) and depart on the 26th

Financial arrangements
travel expenses of participants will be reimbursed by the Council of Europe after the training session, according to the current rules. Board and lodging as well as local transport and cultural programme will be generously offered by the host country.

Programme
The latest updated draft programme of the Summer University is available. Some elements of this programme will be clarified at a later stage It should be noted that, due to budgetary restrictions, the working language for the Summer University will be English.

Visas
The list of countries for which visas are required will be indicated at a later stage in due time.
