The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Support to the judicial reform – enhancing the independence and professionalism of the judiciary in Armenia”. In that context, it is looking for International and National Providers for the provision of consultancy services in the field of legal and judicial reform in Armenia to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined in the Framework Contract.  Please see below:
