Thanks to the self-assessment tool for youth policy, member states and other public stakeholders can assess their compliance with Council of Europe standards, based on the six areas of intervention: participation, information, inclusion, access to rights, youth work and mobility. All member states are encouraged to use and disseminate the tool.
