The European Youth Centre will be hosting a seminar “Roma Youth Participation: What Now?” with Roma youth activists and experts to review needs and priorities of young Roma people across Europe.
Participants will analyse and share good practices in social and political participation of young Roma, as well the impact of antigypsyism and how to counter it. During the seminar, an exhibition on Lithuanian Roma during the inter-war period also will be inaugurated on 24 September.
Organised in cooperation with the Roma and Travellers Team, the opening of the exhibition and seminar are open to media, except for when participants are in workshops.
