The delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malta visited the European Youth Centre Strasbourg on 21 January to discuss the Council of Europe’s work in the youth field and the co-operation under the upcoming Maltese Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
The visit focused on exploring avenues of further co-operation and specifically the plans for the upcoming 10th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth that will take place in Malta on 8 – 9 October 2025.
The delegation was interested in learning more about the co-management system and the work of the European Youth Foundation. Furthermore, Tobias Flessenkemper, Head of the Youth Department, guided them on a tour of the Centre and highlighted its role in empowering young people across Europe.
