About the organisation
Founded in April 1975 in Dublin, the Organising Bureau of European School Student Unions (OBESSU) is the platform for cooperation amongst national school student unions and students active on any educational pathway and level within general secondary education, secondary vocational education, and apprenticeship training across Europe. We represent their needs and interests and we fight for the advancement of their rights through democratic political processes, fostering inclusive spaces and dialogue, exchange of tools, and solidarity.
