Within the Youth programme and cooperation projects the Council of Europe Youth Department publishes a variety of manuals on democracy and human rights education to be used in non-formal education and training activities, as well as other occasional publications such as reports of activities. In this context, it is looking for Provider(s) of services of design and lay-out of publications in printed book form and online publishing. This concerns the new versions of existing manuals, new manuals and/or publications, official reports, leaflets, documents and/or visibility materials about work with young people (e.g. Board game, educational material, goodies, roll-ups, etc).
The Council of Europe is looking for a maximum of 5 Providers (provided enough tenders meet the criteria indicated ) in order to support the implementation of the project with a particular expertise on design and lay-outing of educational materials in English and French, including elements for online publishing.
