The Youth Department is looking for consultant(s) to conduct a comprehensive study and prepare a report on the accessibility and inclusiveness of activities for young people with disabilities held at the European Youth Centres in Strasbourg and Budapest.

The study's primary focus is on examining how activities are planned, organised, and delivered, encompassing educational approaches, methods, technologies of education and communication.

The scope of the work includes:

• collection and analysis of various information from evaluation reports, applications and assessment forms from activities at the EYCs, reports of study sessions on accessibility and inclusion of young people with disabilities, etc;
• interviews with key stakeholders, experts, trainers and CoE educational staff, etc;
• participation and presentation of the main findings of the report during a consultative meeting on accessibility organised on 19-21 June in Strasbourg (EYC).
