Bookmarks is a manual for combating hate speech through human rights education. Originally published in 2014 for the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign, the manual has been revised and updated to reflect the end of the coordination of the campaign by the Council of Europe.

The strength of the manual – tools to understand hate speech, why it is important to address it and, especially, activities to raise awareness about hate speech with young people, remains fully intact and relevant today.

An important resource in view of the impact that the COVID-19 crisis is having on a culture of universal human rights.
