Make monitoring visits to ensure compliance with commitments by member states

Since 1998, 25 countries hosted monitoring visits, which led to the publication of reports completed by recommendations. These reports (country profiles) are now enriched by a plan of action that countries carry out to show how they implement the recommendations.
