Call for applications


International Dialogue Camp Kaluga 2013

Within the framework of cooperation with the Russian Federation the Youth Department is co-organising the fifth International Dialogue Camp between 3-6 July 2013.

The call for participants is open to young people able to work in the Russian language who have an experience with running in intercultural, interethnic or interreligious youth events.

This call is for all young people up to 30 years from Council of Europe’s member states other than the Russian Federation. Applications can be submitted online via http://youthapplications.coe.int/ before the 21th May 2013.
