Allemagne
L’Allemagne a ratifié la Charte sociale européenne le 27/01/1965 et la Charte sociale européenne révisée le 29/03/2021 en acceptant 88 des 98 paragraphes de la Charte.
Elle a signé mais pas ratifié le Protocole additionnel à la Charte sociale européenne du 1988.
Elle n’a ni signé ni ratifié le Protocole du 1991 portant amendement à la Charte sociale ni le Protocole additionnel du 1995 prévoyant un système de réclamations collectives.
La Charte en droit interne
Incorporation ad hoc prévue par la loi, par des textes spécifiques donnant effet à la Charte.
