In future, ethical principles, which include combating all forms of corruption in sport, will be better anchored and enforced in the Swiss sport system. They are now placed on a legally binding basis, which makes sanctions possible in the event of violations. In addition, the structures of cooperation between authorities and private associations will be regulated in a more binding manner, in particular to ensure the supervisory function of the Confederation. Further measures include a central, independent reporting agency and the increased involvement and sensitisation of parents and guardians in competitive sport.
