To move States to effectively fight the manipulation of sports competitions, the Council of Europe is developing a communication plan that includes the production of a short video.

In this context, the Council of Europe Sports Division is recruiting a Service Provider to produce an awareness raising video-clip to stop the manipulation of sports competitions.

  Candidates are invited to submit their proposal including the duly completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement and a quote describing the financial offer, before 20 April 2020.
