EPAS is currently revising the European Sports Charter (ESC), a Council of Europe standard that sets out the basic principles for national sports policies, enabling governments to provide their citizens with the opportunity to participate in sport under defined conditions. The revision process began in Tbilisi (Georgia) at the 15th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Sport, which, through the resolutions it adopted, invited EPAS to consider the revision of the ESC.
In this context, EPAS is looking for a provider to provide consultancy services on drafting implementation guidelines for policy makers consisting of background information and explanatory comments and the implementation checklist on the revised European Sports Charter.
The expected start date is 10 August 2021.
The deadline for tendering is 3 August 2021.
