The Ad Hoc European Committee for the World Anti-Doping Agency (CAHAMA) held its sixty-third meeting in Strasbourg, on 5 and 6 March.

More than 90 anti-doping specialists from Council of Europe member states exchanged views with World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) representatives on the agenda items for the next WADA Executive Committee meeting (Lausanne, 11 March) and agreed on the European position to be voiced at that meeting.

CAHAMA delegations also discussed European and global anti-doping issues, and held elections, with the following outcomes:

  • Alexandre Husting (Luxembourg) was re-elected as Chair of CAHAMA, and
  • Amandine Carton (France) was re-elected as Vice-Chair,

both for a one-year term.

The 64th CAHAMA meeting will be held on 3 and 4 September 2024.
