Coopération
Un projet visant à renforcer la lutte contre la traite en Macédoine du Nord (2023-2026) est en cours de mise en œuvre dans le cadre du programme conjoint de l'Union européenne et du Conseil de l'Europe « Facilité horizontale pour les Balkans occidentaux et la Turquie ».
CYCLES D'ÉVALUATION
La Convention anti-traite du Conseil de l'Europe est le premier instrument juridique international à adopter une approche fondée sur les droits de l'homme dans la lutte contre la traite des êtres humains.
Une valeur ajoutée importante de la Convention anti-traite du Conseil de l'Europe réside dans le mécanisme de suivi mis en place pour superviser sa mise en œuvre par les États Parties.
Niveaux d’urgence des recommandations du GRETA
Le GRETA utilise trois niveaux différents de recommandations dans ses rapports :
« EXHORTE» - lorsque le GRETA évalue que la législation ou les politiques nationales ne sont pas conformes à la Convention, ou lorsqu'il estime que, malgré l'existence de dispositions juridiques et d'autres mesures, la mise en œuvre d'une obligation clé en vertu de la Convention fait défaut.
« CONSIDÈRE » - lorsque le GRETA estime qu'il est nécessaire d'apporter des améliorations supplémentaires pour se conformer pleinement à une disposition de la Convention
« INVITE » - lorsque le GRETA évalue que les mesures prises pour se conformer à une disposition de la Convention sont déjà en place et devraient être poursuivies et pleinement mises en œuvre dans la pratique.
