The Drafting Group G (GT-GDR-G) was tasked to prepare a draft report containing conclusions and possible proposals for action concerning the procedure for the amendment of the Rules of Court and the possible “upgrading” to the Convention of certain provisions of the Rules of Court.

The Drafting Group G (GT-GDR-G) held two meetings in February and October 2014.

The DH-GDR examined the report in November 2014 and transmitted it to CDDH for its adoption.

Results

The Ministers’ Deputies took note of the CDDH report containing conclusions and possible proposals for action concerning the procedure for the amendment of the Rules of Court and the possible “upgrading” to the Convention of certain provisions of the Rules of Court; and agreed to transmit this document to the Court for information and possible comments. These issues are currently under examination by the Court’s Rules Committee.
