Access to official documentsThe work conducted by the Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH) regarding access to Official Information in the hands of the public authorities resulted in the adoption, by the Committee of Ministers, of the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents open for signature and ratification in Tromsø (Norway) en 2009. 

The activity was conducted from 1998 to 2008.
