The Council of Europe Programme Office in Ankara is currently implementing 12 projects with various Turkish public institutions with a total budget of approximately 30,5 MEUR, in the fields of human rights, judiciary, rule of law and democracy.

The Office expects to organise an average of 250 events in Turkey and 10 study visits to EU Countries between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023, and to conduct 150-200 events in the following years. These events consist of public events or technical meetings (e.g. seminars, trainings), involving participants at a range varying from 10 to 300 depending on the purpose and scope of the activity and project.

In terms of geographical scope, this call for tenders is aimed at covering events/activities to be organised in Turkey and study visits to European countries within the scope of the projects.

In order to implement activities as mentioned, an International Public Call has been launched to receive offers for the procurement of event management services for the Programme Office in Ankara.
