The CDDH held its 101st meeting in Strasbourg, from 25 to 29 November 2024, including a Workshop on strengthening multilateral efforts to curb trade in torture and death penalty goods, with representatives of civil society organisations and other Council of Europe bodies.
Amongst other things, the CDDH adopted a Study on the need for and feasibility of a further instrument or instruments in the field of human rights and the environment and a Report on its examination of the implementation of Recommendation CM/Rec(2018)11 on the need to strengthen the protection and promotion of civil society space in Europe
