The Drafting Group on Human Rights in situations of crisis (CDDH-SCR) held its second meeting in a hybrid format, from 11 to 13 October 2022.
During this meeting the Group adopted the draft CDDH Report on member States’ practice in relation to derogation from the European Convention on Human Rights in situations of crisis.
