Principaux champs de compétences / responsabilités : The purpose of the Hellenic Observatory known as CLEAN SPORTS - indicative and not restrictive - is to monitor the implementation of the MACOLIN Convention in Greece and abroad, which deals with the fight against manipulated sporting events, the collection of cases involving manipulated matches in Greece and other countries. - members and non-members of the European Union - how the MACOLIN Convention contributes to the fight against manipulated games after its application, the consequences of a fixed game and generally a sporting event in the socio-economic level of all stakeholders including also the consequences to the Intellectual Property such as television rights, sponsorships, trademarks value increase, players value, etc as a fixed game impacts also the IP.

Cadre d'action privilégié : The observatory was created in order to re-secure also the intellectual property rights of the brand owners that are sponsoring clubs as also a fixed game impacts also the brands that economically invest in the clubs so in their turn are also victims of match-fixing, as the main income of clubs are the sponsorships, tv rights, image of players. So fixing a game impacts many things that need to be shown.
