An artial Agreement on Sport (EPAS) At its 117th session
on 11 May 2007, the Committee of Ministers adopted Resolution CM/Res(2007)8
creating the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport Mr Terry Davis, Secretary
General of the Council of Europe presided over the first meeting of the EPAS
Statutory Committee in Strasbourg on 18 June 2007 in the presence of HSH Prince
Albert II of Monaco and of Richard Caborn, UK Minister for Sport.
