The Group is invited to examine and adopt the revised draft toolkit to inform public officials about the State’s obligations under the Convention, to be presented by Mr Martin EATON, expert-consultant, prepared in accordance with the guidance adopted at the 1st meeting.

The adopted text will be further examined at the DH-GDR meeting on 5-7 June 2013, prior to its possible adoption at the CDDH meeting on 25-28 June 2013, for presentation to the Committee of Ministers thereafter.
