National and international political priorities in the sports sector (2011)
From a political point the state of Liechtenstein promotes sport in the context of health and socio-professional integration. In addition the state provides infrastructure and provides financial support to communities to build sports facilities and ensures their lives through financial assistance.
For school sport, the Government is promoting physical activity with dominant athletic and educational to emphasize the notion of sport effort. In the background, the purpose of school sport is to develop classes in addition to sports volunteers’ classes and special sporting events such as sports camps and sports days.
All this is complemented by the very important and excellent program "Youth and Sport", produced in cooperation with Switzerland which is an agreement of April 8, 1981.
Another sports sector is funded by the government: high performance sport. The pride of the state is the success of many elite athletes compared with the number of athletes.

Organisation of sport in the country (2011)
The government is at the top of the organization's public sport. Inside the government, the Minister of Sport is responsible for all matters concerning sport and establishes national sports policies.
Are attached to the state associations and committees, including the Olympic committee. He participated to the organization of elite-level and more precisely the Olympic sport.
The Office of Youth and Sport, is implementing government decisions, but also the program "Youth and Sport."
Last but not least, the school office with theirs activities must be indicated as full player in the organization of sports and public education policies in sport.
