Serbia - Urgent Follow-up Opinion issued

By letter dated 15 June 2026, Mr Nenad Vujić, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Serbia, requested an Urgent Follow-up Opinion to Previous Opinions on the Draft Law on the Judicial Academy.

The Urgent Follow-up Opinion was issued on 16 July 2026 and will be submitted for endorsement at the October 2026 Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (Venice, 9-10 October 2026).
