The Council of Europe is looking for a provider to produce communication and visibility materials for the project Strengthening Constitutional Justice and Human Rights in Albania, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

The assignment will include developing a concept and narrative, filming interviews and footage, producing animation, and editing and preparing the final materials for dissemination.

Questions must be submitted in English via the E-procurement platform only by 6 November 2026, 17:00
