Le Comité de la Convention sur la cybercriminalité (T-CY) représente les États parties à la Convention de Budapest sur la cybercriminalité.
Basée sur l'article 46 de la Convention, la consultation du Comité vise à faciliter l'utilisation et la mise en œuvre effectives de la Convention, l'échange d'informations et l'examen de tout amendement futur.
