From November 2022, grantee organisations will be able to return the grant agreement form (GAF) to the EYF via email. This will allow reducing the waiting time between the signing of the GAF and receiving the first instalment for the project, as well as post-related costs.

As of now, once a project is approved by the EYF, the NGO receives via email a grant agreement form, that must be signed and returned to the EYF by email to [email protected]

The grant agreement details all the grant obligations of the grantee and the recommendations of the Programming Committee on Youth related to the project.
