The Advisory Group on Compliance (T-DO COMP) held a meeting on 30 January 2024 in Warsaw, Poland, hosted by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency (POLADA). Discussions revolved around the three axes of compliance monitoring: evaluation procedures, subsequent legal assistance and follow-up and co-operation with member states and Observers to the Monitoring Group of the Anti-Doping Convention (T-DO).

The group, composed of more than 20 anti-doping specialists, analysed evaluation procedures and team roles in the evaluation team, and shared best-practice examples, identifying challenges in the drafting of evaluation reports, with the backdrop of the new evaluation guidelines for monitoring visits on anti-doping

Discussions extended to the evaluation schedule, encompassing past and ongoing visits, plans for 2024/2025, and the implementation of a 10-year cycle. Participants delved into follow-up activities, including the analysis of follow-up reports, upcoming actions, and requests for legal and technical support.

The Anti-Doping Questionnaire (ADQ) took centre stage with a presentation of the 2022 results and an analysis of the 2021-2022 outcomes. Attendees collaboratively explored potential improvements for the ADQ platform and reflected on data collection in 2023.
