Balázs Hankó, Minister of Culture and Innovation of Hungary, deposited before Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, the instrument of ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on an Integrated Safety, Security and Service Approach at Football Matches and Other Sports Events (CETS Nº 218), also known as the Saint-Denis Convention, on 8 July 2025 in Strasbourg, France.

Hungary is the 32nd state to ratify the Saint-Denis Convention, which will enter into force in respect of Hungary on 1st September 2025.
