Proceedings with a foreign element within the European Union are continuously increasing. These require functioning judicial cooperation at European level. The aim of the European Justice Day is to provide practical information on the possibilities and importance of European judicial cooperation.

Discuss various aspects of cross-border judicial cooperation with experts from Germany and this year's partner country Slovenia in three workshops.

The event will conclude with a high-level panel discussion on the use of artificial intelligence in the judiciary.

Participation is free of charge. The event is suitable to be recognised as a training event according to § 15 FAO. Issuance of certificates of participation is foreseen.
